Overall good experience. Only comment relates to the parking situation, particularly instructions to exit. Appears I needed my room key, but that is turned in at check out, pit credit card in (think I might have been charged twice) and still gate didn’t open. Finally an individual came over and used a badge (or his room key) to let us out. Bottom line, nice stay but understand how you get out

Property seemed newer and well-maintained at first glance. Upon checkin however, the front desk people were rude and unprofessional-same experience at checkout 2 days later. Observed cleaning staff talking a few feet from an empty beer bottle resting on a paper towel just outside the elevators. 5 stars for the property but only 2 for the staff.

The property was great!, however, the guests next to us were extremely rude and noisy and my husband and I did not get any sleep. I don’t know what the policy is for “quiet hours” and we probably should have called security, but these people were screaming and shouting at each other in extreme anger and we feel sure that they would have figured out who called security. We didn’t feel safe doing so.

Loved the breakfast. Felt safe parking in the parking structure. Appreciated that you needed the room key to use the elevator up to the rooms. Hot tub was fantastic! Amazing view. Incredibly friendly and kind staff. But I could not sleep on the bed. It had no back support and sagged. I tried shoving pillows underneath me, and I kept sagging down, the pillows were just as bad. They flattened down completely as soon as you utilized them.I called down to the front desk and asked for extra pillows, and the kind woman looked for them, but could not find any. I moved over to the sofa bed, the pullout was just as flimsy. The fibers on the sofa itself were prickly and felt like little pins were sticking through the seats, armrests, and against my legs. I finally piled all the blankets and pillows I could on top of the sofa bed so that I would not be scratched by the fibers, curled up and slept for a few hours. Which is too bad, it’s in such a great neighborhood and close to family who I came to visit. I don’t like that I have to leave this review, but if other people need support for their backs, they should know ahead of time they will not find it here, at least not in the king size beds that they offer. Hotel management: please consider changing out the furniture that could injure your guests, namely the fabric on your sofa bed couches. Upgrade your pillows and bed mattresses to provide proper support. And I will be happy to return.

It was hard to figure out that you have to go into the parking garage to get to the lobby. Better signage would have helped. The bed was extremely comfortable with many amenities to make the stay enjoyable.

The online syates the property has free shuttle, however, you have to book days in advance which we were not aware of and it is not stated that on their website. With that being said, they did upgrade us to a suite and did not charge us for parking. Overall we would definitely go back it was a great experience!

Room was absolutely beautiful. It was huge and comfortably slept four into queen size beds as well as a sectional with a queen pull out bed. Bathroom was well designed, closet space was sufficient and a nice big area when you walked in to put things on a counter and place your shoes.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Covered parking is attached. Walkable to a few snack/dining/fuel options, medical centers and Devos Venues if you’re okay to hike up a hill or rent a scooter for the return trip. We stayed for one night and would come here again if we return to GR.
