Probably one of the worse places I've stayed. It was dirty, smelled, the bathroom shower was busted. When I asked if they could change my sheets I was brought the sheets to change my own bed. The staff and the mates lingered in the lobby and smoking section. The ladies at the desk were at least pleasant when we came to the desk.

The sheets had yellow stains. We were moved rooms. The staff smokes weed outside and this is a homeless camp. They were arguing with customers (not their fault, the man was awful). They were polite to us. This is by far the most awful place we have ever stayed and fair warning: it’s GROSS! The shower was peeling. There was a used bar of soap in the bathtub. There was something that resembled blood on the floors. There was hair in the shower that was not ours. Definitely felt gross leaving there and drove 11 hours to come take an actual shower and feel clean. Do NOT stay here!

The air conditioning works well. However, the cooler in the fitness room doesnt work. Also, the staff thats American actually are nice, but the full time employee thats related to the owners stays on his phone and is rude when asked to do his job. His customer service is toxic, which explains why you should just pay more to stay at Hilton or Marriott hotel. Last, the staff will see broken glass in the parking lot and will ignore it and dont care if you damage your tires. It is what it is.....
