I arrived at the hotel the night of my wedding and waited for 45 mins while the desk attendant was trying to fix a printer. She called me up to the desk and informed me I couldn’t pay with cash. As that was super inconvenient and very upsetting on my wedding night she could have mentioned it when we arrived as I had the cash in my hand the entire time.

The hall carpet was filrhy and the elevator was filthy. My daughters sheet on her bed was ripped and coming off the bed, thetop of the entertainment center had something that had been spilled on it and left, the room carpet was fithy. We asked for non smoking and you could smell cigarette smoke. So unpleasant we didn't stay the second and they wouldn't refund our money. It seemed like a pay by the hour kind of place.

Let me begin with the good: our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I did get a good night's sleep. And the desk staff were pleasant and polite. But.. The property is in great need of a complete overhaul. Holes in walls, worn carpets. After a rain, we discovered that that the roof leaked--buckets were set up in the halls. I know staffing is problematic these days, but there were piles of trash in the halls waiting to be collected.

It was a horrible experience. Our room smelled of nothing but cigarettes; the hallways smelled of marijuana from one of the other rooms. Our room was not stocked. The air conditioner did not work, and there was partying at the pool outside our room all night. Not one time did staff come to check or ask them to disburse, and they weren't even guests!

This property was disgusting. Your desk clerk made fun of my hearing problem & called the Sheriff, who informed us we should not stay on28 th St. We were not safe I would like a refund on my $115.34.

Our room was awful. The TV was blurry, you couldn't use any of the outlets because the plugs wouldn't stay in. We had burned out lights, the phone light consistently blinks. Nothing was plugged in. The toilet leaked. Mold on the ceiling, and the carpet was filthy and gross. It may be close to airport, but NOT worth it. YUCK!
