Staff was incredibly rude and ignorant. Room was said to have just been clean but there was wrappers in the room and hair in the jetted tub. This place was a joke along with the regional manager paul and ran with no professionalism what so ever!

Bed/bedding was comfortable and clean. Mold on bath ceiling, embedded dirt on tub floor, towels are thin and scratchy. Room colors/decor/carpet old and dated. Breakfast had very few healthy options. Disappointing.

I made the reservation for my mom. She is in her 70's and the staff was great. She was returning home from Vegas and her flight was delayed. I called the hotel in Grand Rapids to see how late the shuttle was running. D'Andre was so helpful in assuring that my mom was in good hand. When she arrived at the hotel she was granted a late check out as she didn't get to the hotel until after 11 pm after traveling all day. She said the young lady at the desk helped her with the heat. It was now toasty and she was comfortable. Thank you for helping my elderly mother and making her comfortable after a long day. J..

Clean, bathroom exhaust fan missing it’s cover and very loud. We reported it. Everything else in relatively good shape. Breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing to rave about. All staff friendly and courteous.
