Hotel was older, small bathroom. Pool turned out to be for registered guests only. We had planned on having our grandkids come visit and swim. Eventually we were allowed to have a few, if we didn't swim. There was no coffee at breakfast, sign said out of order.

We travelled to Grand Rapids for a concert. We chose Quality Inn based on the price and proximity to Acrisure as this was a last minute road trip. The bed, blanket and pillows were exceptional. The room was clean. The pool was inviting. One minor downfall was the traffic on the expressway, but it wasn’t a concern for us. Be mindful if you book here ask for a room on the east side of the hotel. Happy travels!

Breakfast was delicious. That’s pretty much all I can say. Our room didn’t hit have a shower curtain, the bathroom floor was filthy with hair and dirt on it. The beds had blood spots on the comforters and it smelled like mold.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was your typical basic bagels, waffle maker, etc. Disappointed in the room we had as there were clear spilt liquid on the wall, and the rug looked at though it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few stays. But the beds were clean, and the bathroom was clean.
