Room was well furnished and amenities were plentiful but the breakfast left a little to be desired. The rooms were a lot nicer than predicted from looking at the outside of the building.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The bathroom is tiny. I’m not a fan of the sink being outside the bathroom. All in all, it was a good room.

Quality Inn was ok. But Travelocity, told me (after asking 4 times if it had a hot tub) it did, but low and behold it DID NOT have a hot tub. , Quality Inn had a open hot tub room for 40 more dollars.(I didn't plan on spending) So I was very unhappy( to say the least) Won't be using Travelocity again.

Hot tub was broken and pool area was freezing

Pros: Breakfast selection, nice hot shower
Cons: Cleaner rooms and bedding, cleaner bathrooms, heated pool area, working hot tub, better control over smoking issues, locking windows.
Location: The location was right next to the highway which provided plenty of noise throughout the night. Was close to what we were there for.
Our hotel room was ok, but I did notice that the blanket on top had stains on it. The toilet seat looked dirty and the floors were not clean. The room had a funny spell to it and our window would not lock. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor. The pool area was freezing which made the pool feel warmer. The hot tub was broken/out of order which was a bummer because that was one of the main things we were looking for in a hotel when we were booking. The facility said no smoking, but you could smell the cigarette smoke in the hallways. Around 3 a.m. the night of our stay, people were slamming doors and yelling repeatedly. The breakfast was nice and the food selection was good. I wish I would have looked at other hotels in the area.

disappointing place

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Have a better built hotel!
Location: Jut went there for some quite time which I did not get!
This hotel was noisy, could sleep for all the foot traffic, people out in the parking lot being loud, etc.

Poor poor housekeeping

When we checked in our bathroom was not cleaned at all, in fact the bathtub was full with dirty water from the previous guests. Nasty, full wirh hair is water. Right away requested different room. How can you say that thw room is ready for new quests and leave the bathtub in this disgusting conditions.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Pros: Breakfast, gave me back $28 for my inconvenience. Really!!!!
Cons: Will not stay again, so I do not mind.
The first room had fleas went to use second bed it was dirty, it had blood stains on the comforter. Changed rooms first bed had dirty linen that you could actually see the outline of the previous user on the sheets!!! On the second bed two out of the four pillows were dirty, one looked like it had mucous stains on it.

Hotel was Noisy !!!!!!

Hotel is located too close to highway for the way it was constructed. If you're a light sleeper don't stay there. Also the sound proofing is non-existent between rooms so I was awakened at 3:30 am by someone else's alarm clock.
