Lots of problems with the room: tv not working, shower not working, toilet ran continually. Staff did not offer to compensate for any of this, or respond with any accommodations or recompense when I asked. Unfortunate. That said, great pool and great location.

checked in was very good and staff was very good and accommodating. room is very clean and amenities for non handicap person. but as i checked into a room which was rated accessible it was not. toilet was not handicap ADA rated. No hot water... had to let in run in sink and tub for up to 20 minutes to get l warm water. staff recommended we move to another room. what assurance would we have that it would be any differant. Bed was way to high to transfer into..not ADA approved

The issue's I had were 1) The room darkening shade was broken / damaged and wouldn't work correctly. 2) The bathroom tub glazing was pealing off and was hidden with the bath mat. and 3) The miss-match of the caulking in the tub/shower looked unprofessional.

They have no hot water in the bathroom sink! The first room had the interior door lock on and I have to go back down and get a new room. The river view is beyond a joke, a peak a block away, 90% the view is the top of a building. The bartender shouted across the room to me, a women traveling alone, was that room 423! Did not give me my 20% off on dinner for the coupon I gave her, I asked at the front desk and he just looked at me and never answered. I could go on and on!

Had to wait half an hour to check in because the only competent clerk was off driving a shuttle. It's on the Grand River, but Travelocity blatantly lied about a "room with a view" when the view was not of the river but of a parking lot and highway. Never have I been so completely disappointed by an online hotel booking.
