The water in the hotel took about 15 minutes to get hot/ when checking out the worker at the desk was asleep/ I had to lift my door up to close it.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When I arrived the room didn’t have any hangers,iron, or do not disturb sign. The bathroom had a gross tub. The patio was dirty and covered with cigarette butts. The ice machine was broken. We had housecleaning 2 out of 6 days.

The room wasn’t bad. Breakfast was decent. The doors could use repair as they need slammed to shut. There was a marijuana odor from another room. One of the few arcade machines they had takes money, but doesn’t play. The worst part, however, is even though we paid through Travelocity, the hotel still billed us. After calling them, we were informed that it would take 5 days or more to credit it depending on our bank. Didn’t take them 5 days to take it. Trying to reach someone there was ridiculous. Finally got through, then the lady started talking to someone else without excusing herself, rather she just quit listening and never responded to me. When checking out the lady that handled the transaction was too busy talking to two other employees than to pay attention to us. Perhaps that is why we got charged. Not one employee there greeted us at breakfast or any other time, to include checking in or out. Thumbs up for the hotel, but big thumbs down for the staff.

Looks like recently remodeled, but not in the nicest part off town. Pool and out side area needs attention to clean up litter.

This property is actually Days Inn and Baymont... seems to have a lot of local traffic/guest that appeared to live at the hotel as an extended stay type of arrangement. Room doors had to be slammed shut otherwise your room would be open! There was practically no hot water, the water pressure in the shower was non existent, the cleanliness of the room was poor. The free breakfast had more rotten fruit than edible food. The walls are paper thin and the windows are not sound proof!! This was my worst hotel stay to date!

Billed as a 3-star but I would give it 1, maybe. The hallways smelled like an old apartment building. The room doors have been replaced, ours was too small and the neighbor’s too big, so they were constantly banging it as they went in and out at all hours. The shower fixtures were decades old, and the stream of water was anemic. Breakfast was ok, but the ‘orange juice’ was actually orange drink.

Room got changed as we were trying to walk into our original assigned room, very loud facility, we could hear everyones room noises (loud bang/hiss when nextdoor rooms shower was turned on) half the hotel was under construction with uneven floor surfaces, and our door didnt shut properly.
