Lights not working in bathroom.Toliets need to be able to flush easier. Lights above the bed do not work. Floors need soap used on them. Need to have a coffee maker in the rooms. The sad part is that I am in Grand Rapids for medical reasons and not to much to pick from for 1 night a week. Needs lots of TLC.

The website listed a pool (which was present) was 1/2 full of water and riddled with algae. The beds were too soft, to the degree that although I fell asleep quickly I awoke with back pain bad enough I felt as though I could hardly breathe. Even the kids woke up sore. The room had one working outlet behind the tv. The satellite tv provided kept cutting out.

I would not stay here again even if someone else paid for the room. There was little empty baggies on the floor. Towels smelled less then clean. Room wasn’t what it shows in the pictures.

This is the worst place i have ever been to. It wad so bad that i checked out only after 4 hours of being there . Started to get bug bites on my arm and i had my one year old daughter with me. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever!!!

No Kleenex, broken luggage rack, odors in the room probably from the comforter on the bed. It resembled a cheap $29/night motel.

Noisy

I was only there for 3 nights. The first night the room was cold since the heater was turned off. I had to turn it on once I arrived. No Hangers to hang cloths And Refrigerator was turned off so I could not store any food in it. On the Second night at midnight I woke up to a horrific Squealing sound spewing from the wall heater. When I contacted the office I was instructed to bring my key card to the front office where I was given another room Key and start the process over again. This room was also COLD and had no remote control. I contacted the front office and was told I could come and get one that they could not bring me one.

Worst hotel stay ever !

Room was not vacuumed, beds both caved in to the middle, AC held together with zip ties and the worst thing was a used condom on the shower head. I was so grossed out I check back the same day. Will never stay again.
