A good base of operations

I used these facilities as a weekend visit with my sons who live several states away. The facilities look as if someone has been doing improvements, the pool and hot tub area were clean, the room was basic, but very acceptable for the relatively low rate. The staff were all friendly and responsive. Language was an issue with housekeeping, but the service was excellent and with smiles. Dining is a walk to Bob Evans across the parking lot, with McDonald's next door. The Alpine area with scads of restaurants, movies, shopping, etc. is a couple minutes away. We'll go back again.

Avoid this motel

I chose this hotel based on the location. Public areas and room were both old and very dirty. I spent approx. 200 nights year in motels/hotels, and this was the worse!
