Didn’t have clean towels to give us to wash up with and offered towels from the pool ! Didn’t state they don’t freshen up room after 2 nights of stay ! Staff totally rude ! Fixtures and door was damaged ! Would never stay here again ! They should not be apart of Hilton!

My check in was at 3:00. When I arrived at 3:40 they told me the room was not ready. They then put me in a different and cheaper room than what I paid for. I had to go back down to the desk and then had to wait another half hour to get into a different room. I waited a total of two hours after my check in before I was able to get into a room. Not happy and would like a refund.

Don't plan on breakfast or Coffee

Poor customer service. Checking in was extremely professional and friendly. The girl working did an exceptional job. The next morning at 0820, our family walked down to breakfast. Not only were they out of coffee and according to the guy (texting on his phone and not looking up) stated, we aren't making any more. It caught be so off guard, I reiterate, "you aren't making anymore coffee at 830 in the morning"? He didn't answer and went on texting or playing on his phone. The breakfast was terrible, if it was available, it was cold, omelets, oatmeal and french toast. Sausage was raw. unfortunately we are in Grand Rapids alot for travel soccer. We will be cancelling our upcoming reservations and visiting another hotel.
