Our room was a suite with sofa and separate bed area plus a counter type kitchen. Would have been great other than there were no "glasses" other than two cardboard coffee cups. When I called the front desk I was told that no, they had not had any other types of cups other than those cardboard type for a long time. What? This may seem minor but it's weird not to even have plastic cups for water. Also, there was no cleaning service, which was fine if we had known ahead of time. So I ended up calling for some towels and a couple more cups. Everything else was good; other than not being able to check in/out through the Hilton app because I booked through Travelocity. Weird.
