I liked everything to be honest...... The only thing I disagreed with is it being cold in the hallway while walking from our room to the Pool and vice versa.....

After paying 229 dollars... Carpet in room was torn, beds were not comfortable, and the plate around an outlet was broken posing a serious safety hazard to a child. the damage to the wall plate was such a small child could easily have put their fingers in the hole and potentially have been electrocuted. I was sure to advise the staff immediately. They advised me they would inform maintenance but never asked if I had any small children... Good thing I didn't..

Travelocity listed the room I selected as sleeping 6. After checking in the room actually only slept 4 and they had no openings for larger rooms.

Staff behind the scenes AWESOME

Pros: Staff - room size- location- quiet
Cons: Gluten free items at breakfast - bread, waffles
Location: Target, Dicks Sporting goods, Mall- cinemas - restaurants - and a Chick Fil A coming very soon
My husband and I have stayed here multiple times because we have family in the area and a daughter at Calvin College. When we aren't able to stay with family we stay here- quiet, tucked back away from the road, rooms are so large and comfortable. The breakfast staff has twic now gone out of their way to help. This past Thanksgiving we were in town and stayed two nights. Noreen working the breakfast shift made a point to get gluten free read for me because I had asked the morning previous. Noreen was welcoming, polite, and very attentive. There was a gentleman working the following morning- didn't get his name unfortunately, but he was so kind and let me. Know where the GF bread was. We love staying here and find the staff and guests so very kind. You do an outstanding job managing and hiring staff here. Thank you and Merry Christmas. Sonia
