This hotel is going downhill quickly. Upon arriving, garbage was strewn in the entryways and parking lot. The dumpster was visible and overflowing. The outside trash bins were overflowing. People were stacking excess trash beside the trash cans, The hallways smelled bad. The elevator smelled worse. The entryway that I was directed to was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts. There were cigarette butts on the inside stairways. Food (crackers) were broken and remained on the hallway carpet throughout my entire stay. Do the managers of this facility ever walk around and look for these things? In fairness, the main lobby and my room were clean. I've never seen a hotel like this. Now...not the hotel's fault...but the drunken guests returning to their rooms at 2:00 a.m. screaming in the hallways was less than desirable.

It was filthy and none of the vending machines or bar was stocked. The machines were basically empty. The breakfast was cereal and doughnuts.. the worst motel breakfast ever. There were cups, glasses and trash all over the lobby not cleaned up overnight. Is anyone in charge?

Check in was swamped. The 2 ladies were overwhelmed. Upon entering my room, it was 59 degrees. Come to find out the windows were wide open. Room also smelled of marijuana. No remote control to TV either. Probably stoked by the pit heads in the room before me. I attempted to go to front desk to ask for a remote but they were still swamped.

The staff were cussing over walkie talkies at the front desk as I tried to check in. The floors were dirty. There were parties going on all around me so I couldn't sleep. Checked out 2 days early. Will not return.

I liked the hotel overall.. However, the floor in the elevator was WET which almost caused Me to FALL. This is from the pool and people with wet clothing.. I was not in the pool nor near the pool. Therefore a better system is needed for people using the pool. Perhaps expectations
