I had a late check in. Waited in vestibule for someone to open the door and check in. There was a HEAVY smell of Marijuana in the building. Management needs to be more attentive to activities of night staff. Wouldn't recommend staying there!

Smelt like marijuana. We was woke up at 1:00 in the morning from the neighbor next door talking so loud on her phone and I'm still up at 3:22 am because of her still talking. There's no phone in the room to call the 500 number. No way to get the hotel. They didn't give us a Wi-Fi password so no way to contact them When trying to get in the door downstairs with our key code it didn't work. We had a hard time getting checked in the lady that checked us in at 9:30pm didn't seem to care. Took a long time to come to the door to even let us in after I made the reservations. Very disappointed. Cleanliness of this place is okay. No coffee pot and they do not have Continental breakfast this place wasn't cheap. I need to be reimbursed. No staff on duty after 8 pm. Won't book this place again. If you want a quite don't book this place walls paper thin.

The staff and even the guests here were so nice! The room was clean, you do have to request a blow dryer if you need one & the bathroom light will turn off automatically after some time. Overall, I would stay here again!

Overall, the room had everything I needed and it was clean. I did expect silverware, though, so it was hard to make food for breakfast in the room. Also, it took awhile for someone to answer the phone when I arrive at 9:30 pm to check in.

WiFi didn’t work first 3 days… we booked thru Expedia & wanted room with cooking facilities including dishes, pots, etc. we didn’t see this on the hotel description when we booked. This needs to be explicit when booking. No coffee in room… Libby coffee was only open by 8 and tasted awful. It was a good bale but these changes would greatly improve the experience
