The was only one light working int he room. The one next to the bed rm 260. Clerk was not at the desk when we checked in. Had to waitn15 mins. Breakfast deven looked started at 630am. Clerk was sound asleep on lobby couch. I put room key behind desk and left. Ice area dirty. Ugh not recommended

Felt very unsafe. Many many people possibly illegals sleeping in campers, large trailers parked around building. Entrance door that I needed use was really confusing. Breakfast well, I went and needed a restaurant. Not trying to be judgmental just trying to be honest. When I arrived if I could to get my money back I would have never stayed in this location.

My non-smoking room smelled musty and like stale smoke and when I informed the front desk they said “what you are you in? Oh yeah that room… we’ve cleaned it so many times but there was someone staying in there for a while that didn’t care about the smoking fine. There’s not much I can do for you it’s in the woodwork” and they did not even check to see if any other room was available. I am asthmatic and the smell of stale smoke makes me lightheaded.

The first room I was in the sheets had hair and some other debris all over. The front desk staff was nice and moved me to another room. The other room’s outlets were limited in access or nonworking. I couldn’t charge my phone nor use the hair dryer since the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and the outlet I could get to, nothing could stay plugged in. The elevated and hallway smelled like weed.

No hot water. Bathroom outlet did not work. Torn sheet. Valance half hanging off. Sink plugged. Frame on mirror hanging out. Waited at the front desk when checking out to advise of these issues. No one came to the front desk. Will not stay here again.

Stayed in handicapped accessible room so not exciting. Only one outlet that was not used for lamps or tv and that was in the bathroom. Room was clean. Breakfast was fair at best but never except much in that area from lodging especially in this price range.

Literally only one light worked in my hotel room. Tv didn’t work. Floor was sticky. Bathroom was disgusting. Paper thin walls, could hear the room next to me. Doors were always propped open, people just loitering around the parking lot? Like how is that allowed. Room and hotel smelled like smoke. Terrible terrible experience.
