Nice hotel! Room was clean and kitchen was stocked. Great location. The Sundance Grill was great, rooftop bar was a nice place to meet up for a drink before going out.

The hotel was very clean, with a convenient location to downtown and the zoo. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, with 3 adults and 2 kids, and it was wonderful! The kids loved the pool when we had down time. The breakfast buffet was small but met everyone's needs. Overall a great stay and would choose this hotel again the next time we come to Grand Rapids.

We liked the view and old wood floors, brickwork and location. Pool itself was fine, pool towels were small and rough. No hot water due to construction. Was not informed until check in. We were unable to shower at the hotel during our stay. Dishes in the room were dirty, bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

This stay was perfect for our weekend visit to Grand Rapids. The hotel was clean and quiet, excellent location, and served great breakfast. The only negative was parking. There is a garage attached to the hotel but it’s not well-marked as hotel parking, and there is no specific info within booking information. Otherwise, parking is convenient and easy in/out.
