Upon entering our room it stunk of cigarette smoke. The WiFi was so bad that it took forever to load anything. It was obvious that the TV’s were run of the same WiFi system. Every channel was burry, pixelated, and would pause to “buffer”. The room was good on the clean scale. There were only two bath towels, two wash cloths and two hand towels. Check in was easy. However that evening I had to go to the desk twice for our key cards to be reprogrammed. The guy at the desk was less than friendly. No smile, no apology. No is everything else ok?. No breakfast of any sort other than the over price dollar store items they had to offer for 4 times the amount or more. Will I stay here again? No.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff when I got there was so welcoming and nice. The room was perfect for what I needed. Vernice the next day let me have a later checkout since my flight was later and was an absolute joy to talk with! Overall it was clean had everything I needed and more. I'd definitely stay here again!
