Super clean, well maintained property, very nice staff, excellent rooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable and parking was easy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with lots to offer- one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel, and offered lots of options. Great downtown location, walking distance to many restaurants, the VanAndel Arena and lots of other cool things to check out.

Very close to everything we needed. Loved the convenience and ease of parking. Definitely visit Social Misfits on the ground level. Not affiliated with the hotel, but still a great asset!

The rooms were very nice, plenty of space and included a full kitchen. The breakfast was very nice and the staff kept it refilled with hot and fresh food. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance, the Van Andel arena was only a 3 minute walk. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the stay was pleasant

Great room, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Only downside was when I slipped on the stairs and fell going out to Fulton. Nothing broke Thank goodness but pretty sore today. Overall a great place and I would stay again.

The hotel stay itself was lovely. Clean room. Comfy bed. Beware that parking is not included with your stay and is $30 a night!! That’s insane. This hotel also is right next to the police department so you will hear the fire trucks and such while you sleep at night. We ate that social misfits the next morning and the food and coffee was delicious. A little annoying in order to leave the parking lot you will need to have your key card and it deactivates at 11 on the dot: so if you are waking out of your room at 11 you will then have to call a main desk from the garage to leave. Also they don’t accept cash at all.
