Dirty, sticky floors, reeked like smoke and weed (suposed to be a non-smoking room), fixtures falling apart. Overall below low quality.

Room was very dirty. There was no soap in the room or anything. Floors filthy sheets smelled awful.

Did you know the housekeeper they’re touching my clothes, removed all my clothes They’re take away my Red Bull’s, water bottles, the floor not clean. Bad servers

I am very sorry for the confusion on your room. when you checked in and the room was not cleaned, I told you I was looking for a clean room, you said you would be back by 5. I assumed it was to get the keys to your new room, which I had already moved you in the system too. Housekeeping said there was stuff in the room the next day. I thought it was someone else things and not yours. I assumed you came in at got your keys. I had them bag the belongings. Once I found out of the situation, We put your things back into the room. Again, I am very sorry for the confusion.

The shower/pressure was fabulous. The bed sheets were clean and fresh. The basic housekeeping could be better, there was a used towel left on back of bathroom door. Mattress was ok. Overall, for the price, it was a good stay. We came in ~10pm, watched a little HBO, slept well and left early. No hair dryer in room and no continental brkfst.

I travel for business and use Red Roof Inns / Hotels frequently to keep expenses low, however this location was horrendous!! The room was filthy, not well kept at all and the staff were even worse.... The only thing that went properly was the wake-up call’ I was going to request my money back but I simply didn’t have the time to mess with it!
