I am very sorry for the confusion on your room. when you checked in and the room was not cleaned, I told you I was looking for a clean room, you said you would be back by 5. I assumed it was to get the keys to your new room, which I had already moved you in the system too. Housekeeping said there was stuff in the room the next day. I thought it was someone else things and not yours. I assumed you came in at got your keys. I had them bag the belongings. Once I found out of the situation, We put your things back into the room. Again, I am very sorry for the confusion.
