The room was smelly and not very clean. The Air conditioning had a short and if we bumped the cord at all it shut off. All together not a great stay. Room was not clean there was a nasty stain on the ironing board. The security lock on the door didn’t even line up so we couldn’t use. The pool was shut down until almost closing time then when they opened it the room smelled so bad of sewage we couldn’t even be in there."

"was in one room that wasnt bad, was clean when i arrived and i was happy with it. 6 days into my stay the office calls and tells me i have to move rooms because she had another booking for a room that needed two beds. then was told that i had to wait til another room was clean before i could even put my things into a different room. after about two hours of waiting i finally got a different room.... it was the same style room, with two beds.. but in way worse condition than the first. and to top it all off the new room was right next door to two rooms that theyre actively renovating/working on so for the last 3 days ive heard nothing but saws and grinders and the workers hammering on things. to say im unimpressed with things here is an understatement. like why couldnt the people who arent already here and in a room get the room i was moved to for no reason??"
