"The first night it’s took multiple worker to assist us in opening the door which took over and hr so we could get into our room, we we’re gave a multiple key cards till then came with two different computers to try to open the door, till the a worker came came with a magnet to open the door. He also gave an excuse about the dead bolt which we debunk with a video. Couldn’t even switch room"
