Room was clean and bigger than the usual size in Japan. There’s a lounge area that provides free coffee and tea that’s open to all guests. Staff were polite and gave clear explanations. Most staff are fluent in Mandarin and there was a male staff who spoke fluent English. The hotel is also near to the Naka-Okachimachi station (Hibiya Line) (4-5mins walk) and the JR line (8-10mins walk).

The room is quite spacious as a Tokyo standard. The woody design gives a cozy atmosphere and the entire hotel is very clean. The staff are all friendly and have smile all the time. There are not many rooms in this boutique hotel, so really need to reserve in advance.
