The parking for check-in was a 20 minute wait circling around and around to be able to park and enter. The bed was hard and the pillow was foam. I didn't sleep well because of the discomfort. Also, the room was freezing and blowing cold air. When I asked for maintenance, the very nice Engineer/Plumber took over an hour to respond while I sat with a coat on in my room waiting. He then had to remove the entire heating unit and replace it with another. It did finally warm up. Overall - unacceptable.
