Was under complete renovation, inside and outside of the property and the noise and disruptions were very bad. We've stayed there many times. Travelocity should've let customers know about this, as many we ran into at the hotel found the same thing...not informed beforehand.

Even though i requested to clean my room when i leave, but no one did.... the hotel was in construction so it was noisy

Liked the location did not like the responses from staff, did not clean room asked for change of towels one night staff said they were coming twice with towels and never showed up. They need classes in customer service and how to speak to guests.

Really nice staff. Pool area run down. Only 1 elevator working. Wouldn’t give more towels when ask. Fridge not working.

First room had plugged sink, t.v.s not working, no wifi available. Second room had same problems, also had big stain in main room carpet. When told about the problems they of course said they were sorry, but the said they could not give our money back because I used travelvilosity to book my room. They offered a voucher, but said it was only good at that one hotel. Will not be returning, also while talking to the management another guess to complain about their toilet bursting.

Hotel location is great. Beautiful pool. Quiet room. Nice bar. Front desk staff unfriendly. No courtesy given when our key did not work. In fact our room was located at the extreme end of hall, and we walked back to desk to get a new key made twice in a row and it still dud not work. Then they left us in the lobby stranded iut of our room, saying maintenance would have to check it. Great, however, no one came back for follow up. After an hour I returned to the desk...oh ya let me check!?!
