I found the accesability room poorly furnished Bedside table plus the odd shape table in the room totally odd. The bins are very small plus when i took the plastic bag out to use my larger bag the bin needed a good wipe out.Sorry but these are honest answers. The front staff were fantastic Thank you

I had a wonderful stay. It was close and convenient to the convention centre with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. It was convenient to have the buffet just downstairs for breakfast. Thank you for upgrading me to the suite. I was very comfortable and this was most appreciated.

Fantastic location so close to many attractions and round-the-clock food options. Comfortable bed and nice to receive a room upgrade. However, the TV kept resetting and the bright hotel's welcome screen would appear randomly even after we turned the TV off and this disrupted our sleep every night, several times a night. The air conditioning is also very loud.

The first room we got was on the first floor and was terribly run down. Moldy grout in the shower, bathroom fawcett barely worked. There was some kind of metal grate above the stairs that made a noise every time stepped on it. Breakfast buffet was marginal at best with no variety.
