The lobby and counter staff were helpful and friendly. The cleaning folks were friendly and kind and welcoming. The room was immaculate The exercise/fitness room was clean and well maintained The pool was well lit and well tended. I've stayed a places that were great, but the vibe of joy and friendliness (mixed with an amazing venue and facilities) was top notch. I would live in room 106 ( which for an exercise buff like me, was perfectly across the hall from the fitness center) if I could.:) "
