The hotel was in an area that really worked out for us. The rooms were clean and hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast’s were very good but it would have been nice to have them change up the menu sometimes.

Staff is kind helpful, non judgemental and patient. Housekeeping a few of them went out of their way to make my granddaughter feel welcome and cared about. And a few front desk workers as well. If it's a good safe location and decent enough people and fair prices with clean rooms and good people. Every place will have a things or two wrong or something for someone, but even being on the 3rd floor. No elevator working at the time it was still a great stay .

The room was spotless and the water pressure and temperature for the showers were superb. The beds were not very comfortable and there were blankets instead of comforters. The breakfast options were basic but stocked well. Besides that, front desk service was excellent.

Very unfriendly staff with checkin. Told they couldn't find reservation and questioned whether we had correct address....looked for reservation without listening to me spell the last name...told us we could cancel our reservation if we couldn't do the steps.THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN!!! I asked if they could carry our suitcases up the steps for us. Had to ask several times before the gentleman sitting at desk, doing nothing, finally did. Night desk attendant greeted us when we returned from dinner, asked if we needed anything and said good night. What a difference from the 2 guys whom didn't even have eye contact with us when we checked in!! Room very outdated and noisy. Exhaust fan and heater very loud. Bed was old, uncomfortable and springs that made Loud noises every time someone got in and out of the bed. Old windows and could hear everything outside.

Elevator broken. Window in room broken. Very dark- nothing like the photos. Best price so many people stay here. Pool is always shaded but heated. Breakfast was good. Room super tiny for 4 people. No where to put bags. Bathroom in main area requires the front desk to let you in. Check in takes for ever, not sure why.
