This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. No fire alarm only wires sticking out the wall. The toilet paper dispener was not connected to the wall. The bedding was dirty. The entire experience was less then desirable

The room smelled like smoke, the blankets had cigarette burns, the tub had cigarette burns. They turned off water and didnt notify anyone. Then when water came back on it was barely coming out. I asked for room to be cleaned and the housekeeper just gave us towels and thats it. The ladies in the office are really nice and helpful. Things are just ok here. I did have to extend my rental, but i figured we just stay in same room, i believe they are booked.

I checked in and was not feeling safe right away. I saw drug deals being done in front of me. Our key never worked for the door, they had to come over and open it for up the door needed new batteries. The curtains were torn and half gone, the bed and furniture was broken. We checked out right away. I didn’t feel safe there. It looked like a place the homeless would stay. I never even slept there. We desired to drive straight home.

Sketchy area

Staff was not friendly. Area security was bad, looked sketchy. Guests (which looked more like residents) we outside flying drones. Bathroom looked awful, door was scratched like someone was trying to scape from there.

It was horrible. The staff are rude, the bed was old and very uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty and the light didn't work, and I killed over 5 bugs in the room. Spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere else.

Booked this hotel for a 2 night stay through Expedia. Upon arrival, the office was locked. Had to go to the side window. Was there for about 10 mins because the office lady was on the personal phone call (heard every as the window mic was on). She finally hung up and said “what do u need, we’re fully booked.” I said I was checking in… she asked my name and said rudely, “I don’t have that name!” I showed her the confirmation and receipt. She said sorry can’t help u. So I asked what do I do for my refund. I was 5 hrs from home. She said, “not my problem.”I said wow, u have horrible customer service. She smiled and when I walked away she said, “f*ck!ng idiot.” The place had a bunch of people in the parking lot and the place smelled of marijuana and cigarettes.
