I showed up later in the evening and left at 6 am on the earliest shuttle to the airport. It was very convenient and well priced. Bed and bathroom were clean.

A very odd smell to the hotel. hotel keys didn't work and had to be rekeyed right away. room thermostat panel was taped onto the wall and didn't work. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel, clean and smells good. Although staff was friendly there was construction in the late evening and staff seemed to be frazzled the two days I was there. I would stay here again. The pool looked nice although I didn't get to try it and had to leave too early for breakfast.

The bathroom sink drained very slowly, and the bathroom smelled like urine. Considering the cost of this room per night was almost$300, I expected better conditions. The breakfast was very good.

The common areas were clean and the pool area was spacious. Room was very nice, with a handy kitchenette and a small balcony. The bathroom had NO towel bar, though. Just one small hook on the back of the door. And the floor of the shower looked pretty worn/rough.

Was an “ok” stay. There for 4 nights. Room was old and beat up, specifically the bathroom. Traffic noise was intense (our bad for not realizing we booked beside such a busy freeway).

We booked a suite because there was no more regular rooms available. When we arrived we found there was a huge piece of wadded up gum, still wet, stuck to the top of the microwave. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, and also there was a kitchenette which was nice but only had two knives for silverware and we asked for silverware they gave us plastic utensils. We were supossed to get maid service on day 3 and didnt get it until day 4 and they just gave us towels and took the garbage, they didnt actually change the sheets. AC only went down to 64 and was very hot at night, I'm not convinced it was actually 64. The mattress was also extremely uncomfortable especially for a suite. Also there was a weird pipe coming out of the top of the shower. No idea what it was for but it was a bit unnerving. Additionally the furniture that had fabric (not leather) was stained and kind of gross looking. Overall this room while spacious, did not deserve the 290/night price tag. It needed some serious cleaning and while the kitchenette was nice, the fridge and freezer actually worked, the clogged sink, gum and lack of clean utensils made me disappointed in the whole experience.

Staff was wonderful and tried very hard to be accommodating. Unfortunately had items in our room that didn’t work. Staff didn’t have adequate equipment or time to get things to work for us. However they did try very hard. They were also very apologetic that couldn’t financially reimburse us for anything.
