This spacious home features a stunning backyard complete with a refreshing pool (that my be heated upon request for an additional fee), a large outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and a variety of outdoor games, making it ideal for entertaining and relaxation. Inside, you'll find a pool table for some friendly competition, a large dining room table perfect for gatherings, and a cozy coffee nook to enjoy your morning brew. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. For those who need to work remotely, there's a dedicated desk space. Additionally, we offer a variety of board games for all ages and a "Take a Book, Leave a Book" section for book lovers. Our home is conveniently located close to entertainment, dining, the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport and recreational activities that Arizona has to offer and is within walking distance to a fun park. Amazing

My family and myself rented Nikki‘s place because we had a kickball tournament that weekend and her place was very close to the field. Nikki was very, very informative, accommodating, she had great communication. She allowed us to check in early @1pm and a few of us had later flights on Monday n she accommodated us with a leader check out. She checked on us through out the weekend periodically to see how things were going and if we needed anything…overall a great stay, if I’m ever back in AZ I’ll definitely book her place again ❤️
