The whole Hotel smelled like the sewer backed up in it. Then the sink filled up with sewage from the room above . They came to fix it but the sink still wouldn’t drain . The people working were all very nice . But the Hotel itself was very neglected.

The only thing i can offer as a suggestion for the hotel is to immediately get RID of whatever it is they are cleaning with. We were on the 3rd floor and every time we came back to our room, the smell was SO BAD, whatever they think they are using to make the hotel smell good, smells like an old fashion cleaner that is trying to "mask" a sewer drain smell! i feel badly letting you know but WOW it was the ONLY thing that would make me second guess coming to that location again. It was bad, it was smacked right in your face once the elevator doors would open, Maybe use plug ins in the hallways of like pineapple or apple scents, somthing, its just that smell and if they think that thats a "cleaning" scent, someones GOT to help them because it was nausiating. Sorry i had to tell you but WOW it really was That bad.

The staff was about and beyond friendly. We arrived an hour early prepared to wait. They were able to get us in! I really liked the layout of the spacios room. The reason for the 4 is because of freeway noise and a worn uncomfortable mattress. Despite those 2 reasons, I most likely will stay here again.

Broken toilet seat in room 415 . No body lotion no conditioner and only one small tube of shampoo which is enough for one person. Room doesn’t smell clean when I walked in . Breakfast lounge -the furniture are very old and rundown. Breakfast: not mụch , no scramble eggs or bacons , only have hard boiled eggs .yogurt, coffee and juice.

The pillows were awful. It was like sleeping on rocks. I asked for better pillows but they all seem deflated. They should buy better pillows or change them out more frequently. My one pillow looked like a map of steel and sweat it was gross. Beds were a bit hard. There was a lot of dirt by the tub caked in the corners etc. not cleaned properly. Rug was dirty it’s too bad people don’t take their shoes off when rugs are present. I would not wear my bare feet in the room flip flops sufficed. The hotel smells like mildew really bad, it rained a lot while we were there so likely made the smells worse. The staff were all good, breakfast lady was a drill sergeant cleaner, the area was spotless. No safe in our room which I always like to have for my passport. I didn’t realize this property was so close to the highway, very loud traffic in the mornings.
