I was very upset that we were told that there were no two bedroom suites available shortly after our scheduled check in time, due to short staff. We were there for a big concert, so I was not please at the fact that the hotel did not prepare for such event. We were finally able to check in around 5:30 PM. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would consider booking again, only if there aren’t better hotel options available. The front desk guy was very transparent and worked really hard to take care of a long line of customers.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The ataff is spectacular. Friendly and very accomodating. The rooms spacious and the beds very comfortable. Rooms very clean and everything works..breakfast is good. Breakfast was nice. Would have liked a little more variety with it. Housekeeping only came once (was supposed to come twice) and only did 1/2 of our place. They said the pool was heated but it was clearly not. Check in staff was wonderful! There was an issue with the vent light above the stove, but was taken care of quickly. States that 6 people can stay in a suite, but just enough dishware and utensils for only 4.
