When we checked in, there were large stains on the carpet, the window casing had thick black mold around the windows and our air was very humid, which was made worse after showers since there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Since we arrived late (10:00 check in) I waited to call for maintenance the next morning to look at the air conditioning, someone came and “bled the air from the lines” and it worked for about an hour. After calling Guest services back for assistance for more than an hour with no one picking up, we left for our event. When we returned, the room was extremely hot and muggy. I went to the front desk and they said they would send someone. After waiting for 2 hours, and multiple unanswered calls, again, we went to the desk and requested maintenance. About a hour later, a man came to “bleed the lines” and sprayed all of our luggage with water (?) from the line. At this point, we tried to find alternative lodging but no rooms were available bc of the event in town. In addition, the toilet had mold in it as well, and again NO ventilation in the bathroom, so towels were soaked. We also had about 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no new roll. When requesting maintenance, we also asked for toilet paper and they said that was housekeeping, and no one was available. I had to go buy tissues from the shop bc no one brought the toilet paper for more that 12 hours. It was a horrible experience all around. The worst stay and poorest service I have ever had.

Overpriced

It’s sickening how much the price was raised for hotel rooms due to it being a busy weekend. We had no choice but to stay here and we were taken advantage of for that. Do better. The market had only one person working with a booked out hotel making it incredibly difficult to get coffee or breakfast in the run and the restaurant had a limited dinner menu. But they are okay with tacking on extra charges and raising the cost of a nights stay by 200%.

This hotel was ok. For the price, I thought it could have been more nicer. Had to valet because no parking. Valet was unorganized and not helpful but expensive. Rooms could afford a make over. The breakfast buffet was the best part.
