Horrible from top to bottom. Waited 3 hours past check in for our rooms to be ready. Rooms were dirty at best. One member of our party had a stranger walk in to his room after it was mistakenly assigned twice. Horrific experience.

An old building that is overpriced and underserviced. There was a large group of Kids staying there for a conference and this was used as an excuse for all the debris lying around and the poor service. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and the delay in getting in caused us to be late for our evening event. the room was cleaned and supplies replenished on 1/2 days we were there. On the last night I had to go to the desk at 11:30 pm because we had no coffee or towels for our early morning showers. We had alerted the desk at 4:00 pm about this problem but no action was taken. The laundry did not respond to phone calls. We were given 3 bathmats and 2 washcloths. At the rates charged, breakfast should have been included with the room.

I booked a double queen but they gave me a king room for me and 2 kids. When I asked for what I booked they said there is a sofa bed but I have to make it but gave me only a sheet, no blanket and pillow and told me that they can refund if I don’t want it. Never stay here again.

There is clear wear and tear to rooms and even sheets should be discarded due to stains. Lamps broken, bathroom could have been cleaned way better. Maid service was not truly available for service during my stay and that seems like a constant problem according to other reviews. Hotel has potential, if they do some refreshing to the rooms and hire maid service as I doubt they actually have one. Towels and sheets were also scarce during our stay as well. Front desk associates seem overwhelmed especially with guests having continues issues.

Horrible hotel, filthy, poor service

They could not find my reservation, took multiple calls and stress, the room had not been turned over. Unmade bed, towels on floor, filthy. When room eventually “cleaned” there were no towels, hair and debris still all over the floors, it was disgusting. There were also no functional ice machines, no mini fridge, phone in room did not work to contact front desk about having no towels. Overall a terrible experience for a hefty price. Will never stay there again.

I wouldn't stay again. Preferred Hyatt Place

Rug needed vacuuming, i requested it and they addressed it promptly. My key didnt give me access to the floors that had ice machines, i asked for access and they addressed it promptly. Breakfast was $11 but since i was in a room with a king bed (im tall) they assumed i was 2 guests and charged me $22 for breakfast (hotels.com doubled my charge, not Crowne Plaza). Crowne Plaza charged me for parking, i did not use nor ask for parking. I brought this up and they addressed it. Their service to improve my stay was very good. Still, it was inconvenient that i needed to make these requests in the first place. Also, they enforce that you eat breakfast in the dining area. Hotels with free breakfast don't care if you take advantage of the free breakfast to pack snacks for later - take a couple oranges and bananas, and paper cups of granola and raisins with you. Whereas Crowne Plaza Hotel shuts that down.
