Baymont

Poor condition pool was closed. Room had a broken toilet and wall paper falling off. Mold was seen behind. Half the place was under construction too. Breakfast was lower level.

Overall, I enjoyed my mini staycation. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The electricity went off for a brief period on my second night there. The rooms available were very outdated, and although the room was clean, there were stains on the couch, stains on the mattress, and various stains on the rug. The elevator seemed like it was on its last leg and was very unsettling to be on. The hotel was under construction and parts of it were cut off to the public. The breakfast was decent. I especially enjoyed the waffle maker on the weekend. I would not go again to this property, but I’ve also been to hotels where everything was unacceptable. However, this was not the case for this hotel. This hotel is old, under construction, and in need of current updates to furniture, rugs, and various other things. There were also a homeless couple who were staying in their car with a cat in the back parking lot. They made a little noise one night. I made a complaint to the non-emergency police department. But all things considered, not everything was unacceptable, only some things.

Pool was closed and green. No mention of property under renovation on website. Floor ice machine inop. Clerk pleasant but kept pulling up her stretch pants. Overall not a bad place but pricey for the experience. Great location.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff really worked with me as I had to switch rooms mid stay. They made sure my room was ckeaned first, so we could check back in early. It was really appreciated. Every staff member we saw greeted us in a very friendly way.

The entire hotel smelled like old water, half of it was under construction of some sorts, the pool smelled awful and was very green, toilet in the room had issues with flushing, and no outlets worked in the room but one on a far Wall. Staff was super friendly and that was about the only positive thing from our stay.
