Book a hotel near St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Uptown

"As a single mother traveling alone with three children, the valet parking being full was quite the disappointment and was one of the options that inspired me to book at this location. Check in was slow and very busy but understandable but again, not ideal with a wriggly, cranky toddler. AC never cooled to my desired comfort level and both older kids complained that it was hot, toddler was sweating. One bed was broken as in sunken in on one whole side of mattress and squeaky/could feel springs. Overall not the worst but certainly not the best. Would prob still book again if needed to stay close to the convention center as the skywalk over is just too convenient not to. Otherwise, if just simply staying in Memphis for other reasons, I’d prob try somewhere else for better luck."

"Very clean room, great location. Breakfast poor, no fresh juice, limited choice of foods. Check in staff brilliant, lady on reception on evening not very helpful. "
