"The hotel is very filthy. There’s no emphasis on even keeping the main areas clean. My room was so dirty that I had to be moved to a different room once the hotel was no longer sold out. My friend wasn’t able get a clean comforter for her bed therefore she had no bedsheets to sleep over a three day stay. Our toilet paper rack was hanging off the wall. Our sink in our bathroom did not drain nor did it have the cap in the sink that is usually there to catch things. The staff are very unprofessional. I watch security guard getting into it with someone walking past that appeared to be going through something mentally. It could’ve got really unsafe and ugly for those who were present. Honestly I never saw housekeeping the three nights that I stayed there."

"Warm Welcoming Staff. Helpful with transportation needs. Breakfast in the dining room had a friendly and attentive crew. Food tasty even other meals that I took back to room though a little too much per serving. "
