Check in was quick. Hotel and casino were brand new. Very clean. There were makeup stains on my towels and sink but they were permanently stained so I can’t really fault the cleaning crew for that. It would have been nice to have a new stainless towel though. Overall great stay.

When booking through Expedia it says several times that you will not be charged until you check in the room. That was not true. 10mins after confirming my booking my card was charged $190.09. I was told that was the price of the first night, & that when I arrived I would only have to pay $272 for the second night, but when I checked in I was still charged the entire amount of the stay plus another $50 for using a debit card. These additional $240.09 charges came out of my planned spending money so I wasn’t able to fully enjoy my stay or visit the casino area. While I was there. I have been checked out now for 4 days and all that has been returned so far was the $50 fee for using a debit card. When I called they said it can take up to 30 days to return the initial $190.09 that was charged. In my opinion their listing on Expedia is false advertisement since it says throughout the booking process that you will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel. Lastly be prepared to have your luggage searched by a security dog upon entry like you’re going through TSA and have your ID out every time you re enter through the metal detector. The front desk staff was very polite and friendly and the room was clean and spacious. I loved the shower. It’s in a pretty remote area so don’t expect any spectacular views of anything.

The Best!

This is my way to urge anyone planning a stay at casino resort hotel in and around the Memphis area to absolutely make this one the choice, you will be so glad you did. They have a very large staff and every member was so friendly, comforting, knowledgeable of the facilities, and all were smiling happy to be there to help with your stay. The rooms were very nice and appeared to be upgraded perhaps also with great views and beds. The slots had some really decent payouts. and the buffet in the kitchen area was excellent and very clean.They also offer a steakhouse bar area. Oh and even the elevators were very quick with no wait time. And as for security, well so what if they card you each time you come through doors thats for everyones security and takes no time to do and the security dogs were friendly too and did as they were instructed to do. Fantastic place.
