Not a lot going on right around the area, but perfect to visit Amherst/5 Colleges. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and the people who worked at the hotel were terrific. Marcus at the Front Desk, Keila at breakfast, Marice at the executive help desk, Ciester the GM and Susan at DOS were all incredibly helpful, polite, professional and terrific, not just with us but with all the guests.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom wasn’t clean properly. Body hair from the previous clients were all over the bath and toilet, extremely disappointing.

Overall great and clean hotel. The hair dryer sparked and stopped working while I was using it. The shower head kept falling down as well. The staff we friendly and attentive, but the old equipment made me have to give this hotel a lower rating. They do have a very nice green area outside for pets!
