There is a full kitchen and dining room complete with dishes and pans, silverware and cooking utensils, coffee maker, stove, fridge, and dishwasher, gated back yard with fire pit and outside sitting area, three car garage, washer/dryer, microwave, TV, and fully furnished. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
