We had to move rooms after we had unpacked. Apparently if you have dogs you can’t have a king size bed. Dated but clean except the carpet felt yucky. Limited parking. They also had the doggie bags locked up so you couldn’t clean up after your dog.

The location is convenient and the price is reasonable. The room was clean and spacious. A restaurant is located next to the hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Good place to stay

This is our third stay at the Deadwood Miners Hotel. The staff were very friendly and very pleasant. The hotel could use a little sprucing up however it’s a decent hotel for a decent price and good proximity to downtown Deadwood. The Deadwood trolley picks you up pretty much out front and takes you downtown and then drops you off when you’re ready. We would stay here again.
