"This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, let alone the best stocked kitchen and very gorgeous. The house was as exactly described in the pictures as was the Carriage House. Wendy was amazing to communicate with, super responsive and full of great information and suggestions. There were a couple of amenities that weren’t working (ceiling fan in the Florida porch and a couple of the bicycles) but other than that everything was excellent, as described, and we will recommend to all of our friends who want to stay at 30A!"

"My family had an amazing vacation in Seacrest and the house was perfect for the number of people we had in our group. The hosts were incredibly helpful and so easy to deal with in a timely manner. The property itself was in a great location near shops and places to eat as well as just steps away from a tram stop. Having 2 washer and dryers were so helpful to have and the kids loved staying in the second floor master with the bunk bed. The house really had everything we needed from extra beach towels to beach chairs and toys for everyone to use. It was so helpful and allowed us to pack less things to travel with. The pool area was fantastic and the kids loved playing in the different pools all day long! Getting to the beach was easier than we thought but get there early to setup or rent the chairs to make it more relaxing. We wished we could have stayed longer because there is so much to do and see that we just ran out of time! Also, take the time to rent bikes because it is worth it! We will definitely be back for longer next time."

"From booking, to checking in, to checkout, the whole process was easy. Our flight arrived earlier than the check in and they were able to help get the room ready a little early for us. Recommendations were spot on and host was quick to respond to any question we had; we were really able to relax and have a great trip. Condo is in a great location.
