Stayed here when this was a grand hotel. It has gone downhill. Check-in staff was rude. Concierge level was in name only. Best restaurant had closed. No bathrobes in room. Remote for TV didn’t work properly. Not sufficient covers on bed. Their top level room felt like a Motel 6.
