"The photo of the hotel on the Internet is an old photo and nothing like the actual building. The Manager had no idea as to how to register me. The building is more than twenty years old and looks that way. TV remote didn't work, trash not picked up for several days, dryer didn't work so no clean towels or bedsheets, microwave controls only in Spanish, driveway and parking lot had large potholes, all communications are written out on paper or old cardboard, Sherif patrol was called twice. Not a very good experience and will never return."

"The best part of the stay was the breakfast buffet- clean and a good selection. The room- 1. The bathroom is pitiful- the toilet and sink are sized for midgets- the heights of each fixture are oddly way below the norm- I thought I was in an ADA room. 2. The bathroom fixtures were loose- connected to the plumbing only, and not the wall. 3. The bathroom needed a makeover. 4. The corridor smelled. The problem with Best Western is that it should be called Worst Western. The room decor is so out of date, worn and dirty looking. Next time- I think I'll take a pass."

"Although the room was less expensive than others in the area, the hotel was surprisingly awful. There was no remote for the TV, no air conditioning and the Continental Breakfast was remarkably scant. I was told the AC could not be used since the heat was activated for use. My room was 76°! It was very difficult to sleep and no apologies were provided. Also, the website was blamed for the false advertising of a working pool and a single king-sized bed."
