There were no curtains on the window- it had broken wood blinds held together with tape allowing all the light from the office and street in the entire night. Additionally the door had a large gap on the top so the light from the hallway came through there. It was like daylight all night. It was very loud as well, as the room was right on top of the street and there is a fire station a few steps away. The pool was green. The remote did not work. The room was not cleaned properly, the bedside table and floors were dirty and hairy. The bathroom smelled of mildew. I come to L.A. regularly to see my Drs, and need a simple clean, quiet, dark room to rest due to my medical condition- this was not that. Desk clerk was nice, parking was secure.

The room had uneven floors , not enough towels, the chair in the room was all wet my pants were soaked , Beds were uncomfortable, parking lot small

The overall stay in this hotel wasn't good value for money. The main issue was that the place wasn't clean. Literally nothing was clean from sheets, pillows, lamp, bathroom and floors. The AC had some paper stuck in it in order to work properly I guess. When we asked the staff to clean the room as it hasn't been cleaned, they said they will, however unfortunately this hasn't been done. We took photos of the place when we came and after it has supposedly been cleaned and it was the same. Our impression is very very bad and we wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. For the price we paid I am sure we could have found something much cleaner at least.

Friendly staff, excellent service, the price was just right, location of motel was walking distance to everything we needed. The room had everything we needed and in perfect working condition. breakfast was also delicious and the staff at the catch was very nice to us aswell. Looking forward to come back here soon! Thank you!

The hotel is in a good location but the room was dirty, there was stains on the pillows, the coffee machine in the room didn’t work. Then you have to walk a few doors over for complimentary breakfast and the lady working there was very rude and bossy. You almost lost your appetite being there. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Smokers everywhere

Pros: Very little.
Cons: Cleanliness, keeping smoke out of rooms, making parking more accessible.
Location: We booked the room because it was close to Universal Studios.
We arrived at 2:00 a.m. after driving 6 hours from Yuma. The room smelled bad. Everything seemed dirty and not well kept up. My daughter barely slept at all. In the morning, we discovered that our non-smoking room was right next to the smoking table on the patio, where several people chain smoked that morning. I told the management about this, and they said they could move us to another room (we had reserved for 2 nights), but due to the condition of the first room, we declined, and stayed somewhere else the next night. The management did not offer to refund any money, which I felt they should.
