Excellent customer service. Extra blankets brought on the same day that requested them. Bottles of water were restocked, as were toilet rolls and toiletries. We were also offered clean towels, despite having a washer and dryer in the room. I lost my phone on the 2nd day of my stay so didn't have access to my email to retrieve the door codes, however Customer Service were very quick to help me get back in ! Great location, 5 minutes from Hollywood Boulevard and metro line for getting around without a car. We took the metro to and from LAX, Santa Monica and Universal Studios. Would highly recommend!!

Super convenient location. Easy check in/out. Was like a cute little Airbnb. I would totally stay again. Road noise was pretty loud, but the provided ear plugs did the job just fine. The full size fridge and also a little loud, but I appreciate the convenience.

The room was clean, parking was too tight. Room would have been comfortable except that there was dogs next door that kept barking and we couldn’t sleep good enough. I would have requested another room but there wasn’t any available.

It’s a great Airbnb. Location is perfect for all of Hollywood must see. The only reserve is that it is not a hotel. There is desk and most people live full time. It shouldn’t be marked as an hotel.

The room was newly renovated, the kitchen excellent. The bath and beds great. Dining area good. Everything clean and new. Some kitchen utensils were absent. The area is Hollywood, so street people are on every street. The property entrance was very secure, meaning no characters were close by. The Fenix is just across the road from Outpost Drive, a hilly climb into one of the most posh Hills neighbourhoods, with access to Runyon Canyon Trail— if it is not closed due to fire risk. Fenix is beside a busy road. Being an older building the traffic noise gets through. Rush hour and late night drivers with motorcycles and cars were loudish— on the front side of the property. The rooftop patio and pool at the back of the property were a plus.
