The staff was very friendly and helpful , they had good suggestions for nearby food. The breakfast was good as usual. Not the greatest neighborhood but I did not feel uncomfortable. My only complaint would be valet parking only at $30 a night

The property is new and very nice. The staff very friendly and helpful. Thirty bucks to park the car seems a little high. The neighborhood includes tents and homeless people. This is standard fare in LA but is uncomfortable for those of us unaccustomed to it. Overall this hotel is very comfortable and is good value.

The room I was assigned had really low water pressure. Was not happy about that but over all, was a quite nice experience. Also had great coffee.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.. Only problem was when booking with Travelocity they reassured me that the hotel and room I booked was a smoking room but when we booked it the hotel was no smoking. I would not have booked the room if there was no smoking allowed but other than that the hotel was wonderful. 5 stars for the hotel 2 stars for Travelocity!

The Hotel was very good. Our only problem was it was too far away from the main part of Hollywood Blvd.
