Very stuffy! Front desk was snobby and they charged me for parking when i did not even had a car! It was like staying in an Antique Mall. However, great location for tourist and restaurants. Overall, I would stay here for the location!

"The staff were amazing! Donovan and Ashley at the front desk made an amazing first impression even during our check in! They gave us an amazing room with a direct view of the San Fernando cathedral from the balcony. The also shared great local tips for us. Such a pleasant experience upfront! The room was incredible! We had a king suite with a balcony. Our 6yr old loved the extra space. The breakfast that was included was also lovely. The hotel has great history, and good vibes. The location is unbeatable, right on the riverwalk. I didn’t park on premises…managed to find a cheaper covered parking option just a 5 mins walk away. The restaurant had good pizza that we had one night. We just walked around and checked out the rooftop pool - it was meh…but convenient to have if you are dying for one.
Overall a great hotel and we would gladly recommend to others, and stay here again"
