This is the worst’s hotel ever false advertising they don’t have what it shows under renovation my butt found out it was like this for two years room suck woke up to ants staff is horrible oh and the hot tub they advertise doesn’t work so please please do not go to this place we would have not stay the one night but where here for a concert and could move fast enough but definitely left first thing and free breakfast if you eat anything from this place you will probably get sick again DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check in was easy, property is under renovation. Seeing all the beds and furniture in the parking lot, I felt promise but unfortunately, the bed was terrible.My back was hurting for the nights that we stayed from friday night all the way to monday.I went to the front desk and asked them if they could give me some sort of bed, topper or something.Because the bed was hurting my back.But they did nothing. The continental breakfast was not even that great.There was two types of breads, two types of muffins, two types of cereals and 2 waffle makers they don't even carry juice.They also had yogurt, probably one of the worst setups for continental breakfast.I've encountered in all my time, staying at hotels i would definitely give him a second chance way later.In the future to give him time to correct this stuff.But I will definitely not stay anytime.Soon

Walls were all damaged. Looked as though wallpaper was removed and walls were highly damaged, but not repaired. They decided to just paint, but very sparsely. Actual rust on walls in bathroom, oversprayed paint on back of door looked like the door was purchased from the junk yard. Tile on bathroom floor damaged, no screen on bathroom window. And no vent, the entire room was humid and gave me a horrible headache. The terrible paint job in the bathroom actually had hair stuck in it. There was one mini bar of Dove soap to split between the sink & tub. No lotion or any other products. The armoire was completely missing a door and all furniture was chip and in poor condition. The breakfast room is a large area, but extremely lacking in food & options. We overheard all the guest in the breakfast room complaining. We would caution anyone to not stay at this location. It would be a waste of your money and a wasted opportunity to stay elsewhere that would be MUCH more pleaseant and for the same price.

The room smelt like sewage, the room was filthy ( brown spots all over the floor and chair), there was dead bugs (not bedbugs) on one of the beds. I called the desk to ask for another room or if someone could change the sheets and was told they were completely booked and they had no one that could come help. Bathroom had holes in the wall, missing tiles by the bathtub/floor. I will never stay again.

I drink coffee, but water wasn't supplied during my stay. Also, tissue wasn't properly up kept. They might have been short in staff. Because they were renovating the furnitures.
