"They said they had a pool which is why we booked the place but they lied. No pool available, which I needed for my hip therapy, now my hip hurts like heck. Thanks for that. "

"The cleaning staff left a previous guest smelly sock in the room. Which means they didn’t vacuum. There was no body spoap in the bathroom and there were giant holes in the curtains. They charge an incidental fee. Make sure you look your room over right after checking in."

Nice location and easy to get to downtown Naperville. Owner was communicated well with the listing. "
