The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only concern we had was that our dinner arrived to our table a little late, but they served us a fresh plate instead and apologized for the inconvenience.

We stayed at this location for one night. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool was smaller in size and a little cold however it was clean and my kids had fun. The room was clean and beds were comfy which is what is most important. The only thing that I can really suggest would maybe be complimentary coffee/water in the lobby. We would stay here again.

Fun local option for New Year's Eve with the kids

Pros: The hotel was clean and modern and did not have a dingy, old feel like many do.
Cons: With it being winter time and the pool surrounded by windows, the temperature of the room/pool was a little offputting. Crank that heat!
Location: Centrally located off of I-88. Across the street is a movie theater, and there are plenty of restaurants. Locally there are lots of activities to do.
We decided to visit a hotel for New Year's Eve at the price coming in at around $100 out the door couldn't be beat. When we arrived, we were checked in quickly by very courteous staff. The lobby and restuarant area seemed really nice and comfortable, elegant even. Our room was clean and comfortable save for a half eaten granola bar I found by the bed, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. We had 2 queen beds, a Keurig, fridge that was put to use, a microwave and a nice and clean bathroom. Our main focus of the stay, having kids was to give them time in the pool. The pool was a little on the small side and a little cold but clean and our youngest enjoyed it a ton. We weren't the only ones with the idea of spending New Year's there and it was an impromptu party atmosphere with several other outgoing families who were fairly local and had the same idea. We spent quite some time in the pool area. The rest of the night was spent quietly in our room, where we celebrated New Year's. We didn't take the opportunity for breakfast at the hotel, but saw that they offered it for $12/person.

Not impressed with this Hilton

I was visiting someone outside of Chicago for 4 days and found this location near Naperville. The area was nice and shopping was close by. On and off of the highway was easy. The hotel needs some fixing up. For a Hilton I expected more. The elevator doors had a high pitch squeal when opening and closing. The pool was miniature. The room was very clean and each day they had excellent service. The bathroom was small and the shower leaked toward the sink area. Breakfast was the same price if you had an omelet or a bowl of cereal. a bit pricey. The people were friendly. I would place this as a 3 star hotel. Coffee and breakfast was better across the parking lot.

Very Happy

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
I will be staying in this hotel every time I go to visit my sister. The staff was all very friendly. My room was clean and the bed was great you can even adjust the firmness. Overall it was a great hotel and I am very glad we stayed there instead of others I looked at.

Each Staff Person I encountered was warm and friendly.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel was a great value for the money. The hotel staff was pleasant, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The coffee pot was broken, but starbucks was just across the parking lot and I enjoy a brisk walk in the morning so it worked out well. Many things are within walking distance.

Very Satisfied with this Hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, staff, location
Although I had a few problems with my room key, the hotel staff was very appologetic and was quick to correct the issue. Also had some issues with the internet disconnecting while I was in the middle of a webex due to the 24 hour connection window expiring. There is no option to circumvent this problem although there are many possible solutions. The easiest is to disconnect the service upon checkout as opposed to daily disconnects. All told this was an excellect choice in area hotels.
